Incredible Health

The Magnificent 7 are daily action steps to both improve and maintain a greater quality of health.

Have incredible health...                        every day!

Special recognition to Dr. Bob Rakowski for his unrelenting pursuit of incredible health for everyone and for sharing his message of the Magnificent 7 with people all over the world.  Thank you my friend, you are truly a hero!

1.  Think right.   This is the key that unlocks all the rest.  Positive thinking has been shown to improve health, period.  Change your thinking and you'll change your whole life.

2.  Eat right.   With thousands of chemicals associated with conventional food today, eat organically grown food and avoid the toxins.  Also, the FDA recommends 9 servings of vegetables every day.  Get those in fresh organic produce and you'll help your health by upping the nutrient amount and quality of your food.

3.  Drink right.   The standard is 8 cups of good quality water per day.  Water is the fuel your body needs to run well so make sure you are well hydrated.  Keep a water bottle near you all day long.

4.  Move right.   30 minutes of exercise every day, minimum.  What's the best exercise? The one you'll do on a regular basis!  Just do it.  Exercise helps depression, bone strength, attitudes, ...

5.   Poop right.   What?  Your body wants to part with it's toxins as quickly as possible.  Food waste should pass through your body within 20-22 hours.  Eliminate at least once every day!

6.  Talk right.   Be kind to yourself and others.  Speak well.  Change what's in your heart and you'll change what comes out your mouth.  Declare every day that incredible health is yours, that you have a right to it, and that you are able and willing to do what it takes to

7.  Sleep right.   7 hours is the latest standard for minimun amount required.  What you need is what leaves you rested and feeling fresh when you wake up.

and...

8. Vitamin L3:  Love, Live well, Laugh a lot!  It's the foundation of all the rest.  Treat others how you would like to be treated, help those in need, and learn to take yourself less seriously.  Go fly a kite, literally!
